用途 Purpose

　　电动试压泵是专供各类压力容器，管道，阀门，蒸汽锅炉等作水压试验和试验室中获得高压液体的设备。使压用介质为水或粘度与水相近的中性油品，其温度为5-60度。

　　本泵在试压的初始阶段能迅速冲压并且升压，以缩短试压时间，当压力超过2mpa (此压力可以调低）后，为使试压 过程能平稳而缓慢地进行，则流量自动减小，所以本泵在高、低压时具有两种流量，并能自动交换，凡在额定排出压力以 下，可进行任意压力的水压试验。

　　Electric hydraulic test pumps are used for hydrostatic tests of various pressure containers, pipelines, valves and steam boilers, etc. and for the obtainment of high-pressure liquid in the laboratory. At 5°C-60°C, the press medium is water or neutral oil whose viscosity is similar to water.

　　He pump of this kind is capable of pressing and boosting pressure quickly to shorten the testing time at the initial stage. After the pressure has exceeded 2mpa (downward adjustment available), the flow will be reduced automatically for the smooth and slow process. The pump, so to speak, has two kinds of flow at high and low pressures, capable of automatic switching. In case it falls within the rated discharge pressure, a hydrostatic test at any pressure can be conducted.
